why

I used to use Twitter though I almost never tweeted. Then I switched to Bluesky and posted occasionally, mainly #capsule-review posts (hence those posts having a 280 character maximum), despite having essentially no followers. But the bsky team seems increasingly hostile to its users, and I have recently really gotten into Obsidian, so I thought I would give this a shot, and here we are. It also seems professionally useful to have at least a minimum internet presence, though the content here is necessarily anodyne.
